Deadline approaching: Canada-ASEAN Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development (SEED)
March 18, 2025 - Canadian post-secondary institutions have until March 31, 2025, to submit applications for the 2025 Canada-ASEAN Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development (SEED) program on behalf of eligible candidates.
In the context of Canada’s Indo-Pacific Strategy , SEED contributes to strengthening people-to-people ties between Canada and the Indo-Pacific region.
Global Affairs Canada is offering scholarships for students from member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). The scholarship supports short-term study or research in Canadian post-secondary institutions. The study or research must contribute to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development .
Scholarships are tenable for the Fall 2025 term. Future opportunities under the SEED program will be announced at a later time.
